Are you ready for a meet-up??

One thing that Amanda and I have committed ourselves and Daily Duranie to doing is bringing fans together. Sometimes that means planning conventions. Other times it means getting together for dinner. Sometimes it’s a Duranie sleepover (That’s right…just imagine that potential chaos and debauchery.) Still other times it means simply using our blog to get the news out there, and that’s what we’re doing today!

As many fans should know by now, next Wednesday, the 10th of September, is practically another national holiday.  Why??  It’s the date of many Unstaged screenings across the country!

One of these screenings will take place in Durham, North Carolina at  the Wynnsong Theater (1807 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy), and a group of dedicated and FUN Duranies decided to put together a meet-up for dinner and drinks beforehand.  They’re meeting at G2B Gastropub at 5:00pm (EDT) in Durham. (3211 Shannon Rd, Suite 106).  If you’re interested and want to join in the fun – you’ll need to join their event page on Facebook.  If you’re nearby, don’t miss out!! Grab your tickets to the show (there are still plenty available as I understand) and meet some great new friends for dinner!  Trust me when I say this is a great group – we had a HUGE meet-up in Durham before the show at DPAC there in August of 2012 and it was a fantastic time!  I wish I could be there, but the commute from LA would be a bit long…. 🙂

With that in mind, if you have a Duranie event that you’d like us to help promote – drop us a line, we’re always willing to help!!

  1. Here’s what it says, whether I’m logged in or not….”The page you requested cannot be displayed right now. It may be temporarily unavailable, the link you clicked on may have expired, or you may not have permission to view this page.” Maybe it’s a permission thing.

    1. Interesting, I only posted the link the group sent me. If you would like, I can put you in touch with one of the ladies planning the event – I would be happy to pass on your email, or, if you post something about wanting to attend on our Facebook Page, I will tag the girls in the group that are going so they can include you. Sorry about that! -R

      1. I am unable to post a comment on your FB page… LOL! You can pass my email along, or we can just look for them at G2B. Thank you so much!

We (Amanda and Rhonda) appreciate discussion and differences of opinion. We respectfully ask that you fully read the blog before bitching us out. If you're only here to take us down a notch, note that we moderate replies (meaning we're not printing rude comments). Thanks a bunch!
