Duran Duran History – The Vault

Today’s Duran Duran history takes us back to the turn of the millennium, to the year 2000.  On this date, The Vault:  00-22 broadcast in the USA featured Duran Duran.  What was the Vault you ask?  It is a radio show album that was produced by Westwood One that was then given to radio presenters.  Interestingly enough, it only had 6 tracks including the following artists:  Duran Duran, Limp Bizket, Hole, 311, Gin Blossoms, and Freedy Johnston.

What do you think of that combination of artists?

  1. “Limp Bisket” are they “Limp BiskIt” (a rap and rock band, they even realized a soundtrack for an important movie back then)?
If so, it’s the only music act within the ones listed I know… so I can’t tell you more.

We (Amanda and Rhonda) appreciate discussion and differences of opinion. We respectfully ask that you fully read the blog before bitching us out. If you're only here to take us down a notch, note that we moderate replies (meaning we're not printing rude comments). Thanks a bunch!
