  1. Cute – except it's not winter/spring in those southern hemisphere cities you listed. And of course the cities near the equatorial zone don't have seasons. 😉

  2. Ok…but Daily Duranie is based in the Northern Hemisphere, and at least 80 percent of the locations we mentioned are as well…and since we write the blog…we get to call it what we want. 😀

Moral of the story? Do not try to confuse the Daily Duranie because we (Ok, *I*) can justify anything. Ask my husband. 😀 -R

  3. Good luck to your husband, poor bloke!

The quiz is about the dates from Jan 26-March 31.
Seven dates are in the Northern Hem (Europe and Dubai[barely has a winter climat anyway]),two are Equatorial (HK and Singapore) and six in the Southern Hem (Aussie).
Not really 'at least' 80%, more like 50/50.
    😉

It's weird reading snow/cold etc when you're are going to a concert in Perth (Oz) and it'll be 35C. And there's currently a tropical cyclone (hurricane in American-speak) off the coast of Oz.

    Cheers.

  4. and the klosters, dates etc. so add another 4-5 in there to Nthn Hemi. Tips the balance to the Nthn leaning. Still it's a real mix. 🙂

We (Amanda and Rhonda) appreciate discussion and differences of opinion. We respectfully ask that you fully read the blog before bitching us out. If you're only here to take us down a notch, note that we moderate replies (meaning we're not printing rude comments). Thanks a bunch!
